Let the Coach Know Ahead of Time

And get fewer emails by setting your attendance

Updated Wednesday September 9, 2015 by FABA.

If the number of emails you are getting from us seems like a lot, there is something you can do to get rid of one of the recurring ones. Our system tracks planned player attendance so that the coach can know how many players will be at a practice or game. If a player has not indicated whether they plan to attend a game or practice, the system sends out the "Will you be able to make it?" email.

You can avoid these emails by filling out your attendance plans in advance. Just log into the website, and when your profile page comes up, select the "Attendance" tab. There you will see all of the games and practices that are upcoming with a checkbox to the right of each. By clicking on the checkbox, you can indicate if your player plans to attend and the system will not email you about it.

If you have any questions about this, please feel free to contact us at any time at board@fleetwoodbaseball.org.
